About this Role: Company: Vault Spray Foam LLC is a family-owned and operated Spray Foam Insulation company serving Birmingham, AL and surrounding areas. We are a company, a brand, a family that cares for and puts the needs of our customers first. We strive to help customers save money and live comfortably with top-quality spray foam insulation. We are experiencing exciting growth and are looking to add a skilled lead sprayer to our team and operate a brand new, custom-built box truck rig. Role: Full-time, experienced lead sprayer in Birmingham and surrounding areas to install spray foam: open cell and closed cell insulation in residential new construction, existing attic retrofits, metal shops/pole barns/ barndominiums, warehouses. Responsibilities: Drive company vehicle, run a box truck rig and maintain it Install spray foam in residential and commercial buildings Work independently, with minimal supervision, and communicate with customer and team Problem solving: ability to identify and solve issues on the job site CRM tracking of activity log, GPS location and job progress Experience with Housecall Pro a bonus Requirements: 3-5 years experience installing spray foam Self-directed, responsible and honest with consistent employment record Valid driver's license Clean driving record Skills: Knowledge of general construction, safety, and other relevant trades operations, such as building codes, ventilation, and proper installation techniques around electrical or plumbing Detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Conversational/ industrial Spanish is a plus. Pay/Benefits: We offer a competitive salary along with pay per performance incentives. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Overtime pay Ability to Relocate: Birmingham, AL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
